Mickelín by Raquel Villanueva

This Pitimini belongs to the Mickelín By Artist collection, a collection made up of 10 unique Mickelines customized by 10 different artists. The objective? That each author project their style in the piece to achieve very special combinations. It was presented at the "Mickelín By Artist" event in the Veles e Vents building, Valencia .

ARTIST

Raquel Villanueva Illustrator recognized for her compositions mixing drawing and photography. He has worked for the press and made children's stories. He is also a Concept Artist, so he makes character design, animation backgrounds and video games for an animation for a Netflix series, among others.

INSPIRATION

"My version of the Mickelín is very colorful, and to make it I have based on some of my work in illustration (...) I usually use very saturated colors and very varied palettes (...) I like to add decorative elements to my illustrations, plants, little symbols. "
