Mickelín by David Ojeda
This Pitimini belongs to the Mickelín By Artist collection, a collection made up of 10 unique Mickelines customized by 10 different artists. The objective? That each author project their style in the piece to achieve very special combinations. It was presented at the "Mickelín By Artist" event in the Veles e Vents building, Valencia.
David Ojeda,known as "The pencil boy". He is an illustrator artist who is dedicated to design, sculpt and paint faults. In his finishes the work in pencil predominates, which has led him to obtain numerous awards in the fallero world.
"I opted to give my most pure and sincere self. (...) I thought about creating a Mickelin with a vintage air. (...) My style is nothing conventional, my failures I paint them in pencil. (...) I wish people could appreciate and criticize my art.
