Mickelín by Pepe Gimeno

This Pitimini belongs to the Mickelín By Artist collection, a collection made up of 10 unique Mickelines customized by 10 different artists. The objective? That each author project their style in the piece to achieve very special combinations. It was presented at the "Mickelín By Artist" event in the Veles e Vents building, Valencia.

ARTIST

Pepe gimeno,graphic designer, typographic and plastic artist. He has designed corporate identity projects such as the palm of the Valencian Community or the brand of les Corts. He has exhibited projects at the IVAM, at the CC (Miami) or TDC (New York).

INSPIRATION

"Recently I was returning from a trip to Rome and I still hovered in my head the naked figures of Venus or Apollo. Just because of this, in my vision of Mickelin, the idea was to undress him and teach him as he is, naturally."
